Cannot recommend Pendefords highly enough. A truly personal and tailored service. Nothing is too much trouble for Lucy and Gareth. Lucy was extremely professional and proactive throughout the sale of our house and our purchase. Their communication is excellent and they work very hard for you and go the extra mile. What absolutely fantastic estate agents! Gareth and Lucy were amazing, such clear communicators, super efficient and went above and beyond to help us prepare for and secure a sale. Their knowledge of the local market was so helpful and ensured a quick and smooth sale. They really helped to take as much stress as possible out of the house selling process. Excellent professional friendly service from start to finish. I had a buyer within a couple of weeks of going 'live' with Pendefords. Can’t thank Lucy and Gareth enough for their help and support during our house sale and purchase. Things got complicated and Lucy went above and beyond to keep everything on track and we are so grateful. The marketing of our property was very professional and communication with Lucy was excellent, so much better than our previous experience of bigger, impersonal corporate companies.
