We didn't have to queue long or wait for our order to be taken. Nice enough pizza. The disappointment began when our 'bucket' of fries for £3.49 appeared (see image attached). When asked was everything okay we complained about the size portion at the asking price. The waitress was nice and apologetic and then the acting manager came over to who we also explained our dissatisfaction with the chips but he was also apologetic. At the end of our meal when we were ready to leave another 'bucket' appeared but we had finished eating and didn't touch them. We proceeded to the till and another waitress asked us how was our meal. We explained that we weren't entirely satisfied and got the attention of the manager before we left. We compared the quality, quantity and the price of the fries to a chip shop and they did not compare yet the manager talked about restaurant quality chips... We also mentioned the second portion of fries that had appeared but the manager was able to tell us that that was a mistake! We should not have received another chip at all! Paid full price for meal. Should have had the chips taken off the bill at least. Poorly managed and we left in bad form. A bad way to finish Saturday evening. We won't be back.

Attended the all you can eat buffet. Today... Not good. The buffet continuously ran out and took forever to be even stocked with one pizza. With chilli's. Then lots of veggy deep pan pizza's....Made the whole lunch experience tedious and pointless. The chicken and pepperoni pizzas are like gold dust! I would rather have embarked on a quest for the holy grail than wait for one to appear. I have a sinking feeling which one I would find first too! I'll buy a sandwich next time. Not worth the money!

We wanted quick buffet lunch. After we were seated, I said waiter that we already know what we'd like and were told that someone will come shortly to take an order. After 20 min wait, we went looking for staff member. Nobody ever come to our table until the moment we left.There were 5 pizza choices, only one suitable for vegetarian. In salad bar there was almost nothing to take. Tomato and cucumber slices and potatoe salad. Overall for the price charged, it was a disappointment. I'm giving 2 stars for pizzas my kids enjoyed.

Actually love the pizza hut buffet. Great value with the pizza, pasta and salad for £6.99. usually a good variety of pizzas and when you can pay £5 for a sandwich these days it's hard to beat for a greedy lunch. Update, £7.49 now but still good value. Good replenishment of pizzas when busy, and excellent salad choices.

Very unorganized. Understaffed. Tables and menus sticky and unclean. Left standing for a period of time before i had to approach someone about being seated. Staff member ignored the fact there was three in our group, my husband, myself and our 6 year old son and said we needed a table for 2 when I corrected him and said 3 he seemed unimpressed and irritated and sat us at a table set for two and shoved a chair over for my son. Table was too small for the pizza and three drinks. We were sat in an area were everyone had to push passed us we felt squashed and in the way. Tables were left empty at the window so it looks like its not busy but everyone is squashed together at the back of the shop. Pizza was disappointing and expensive.

The staffs service was amazing considering there was only two of them. Happily talked and chatted, was brilliant in suggesting alternatives and ideas. However the cleanliness of the place was awful. Toilets need a good haul. Thankfully the food was cooked amazing and somewhat better than other Pizza Hut locations I've been to, it's just a shame the decor just didn't match the service and food

Best pizza places of all, I defiantly recommend pizza hut as a family, couple and friends restaurant.You can share pizza and also have your ownI had the best time here.Try all different types of pizza's,All pizza's taste amazing

Very busy over festive period. Like other review - a little sticky. I didn't (daren't) try toilets. Reasonable price and quick food if getting buffet service.
