Phil and Antonia are quite simply excellent, Phil's approach to the law and its application are methodical and incredibly knowledgeable. After a very nasty encounter with a supposed high end car dealership in south west London, I had the misfortune of being left with dud car that was in no way fit for purpose, of satisfactory standard, or indeed as described.However, the dealer had enlisted the use of a certain trade association, who appear on the face of it, to attempt to intimidate consumers away from their statutory legal rights by the use of inflammatory language and incorrect assumptions surrounding the application of specific legal acts of parliament.All in all it took a year to have this situation resolved, although I recouped all of my losses and Phil's costs in the end.Stormcatcher Law is a dedicated specialist law firm and Phil is a lawyer of the artisan variety, I simply cannot recommend him highly enough. Initially my wife and I were very happy with the assistance and advice Stormcatcher Law provided. However, following an unsuccessful attempt to reach a settlement with the contractor, they quit responding to any of our requests for further assistance. Now we have to start over again with a new firm. Stormcatcher Law has wasted our time and money. We do not recommend them.

I needed to know if the new boat purchase contract I'd received was a standard purchase contract and that it did not include any onerous clauses.
