We opted for casual dining but we're unaware that meant we would have clear our own table! We moved our plates onto an adjacent table eventually. When the waitress finally turned up she didn't even acknowledge us.My original choice of meal was not available .No-one came over to check if we were happy with our food.Disappointed. We usually get good service but this time nothing.

Large pub with a decent food & drinks menu. The service was good, although we did have to wait a long time to get our bill.The food itself was good but nothing special - I had the fried chicken burger which was really messy as the bun was very soggy and ended up disintegrating. The portion sizes however were decent and the rest of the food looked very tasty.Good sized outside area which is dog-friendly and there's a play area for little ones.

Nice looking pub and they were really good with allergens as my child has a severe child allergy. Their menu is clearly marked and they even put a little flag on the food to make sure it's clear.Staff was really nice and the food was good for the price.

Service was excellent from the guy who showed us to our seats to the girl who took our order. Both were friendly and welcoming. The food arrived super quick and was tasty and well presented. Our puds were also quickly delivered and very tasty. We used a 30% off main voucher, which was an added bonus as the prices were reasonable and in line with other similar restaurants. We will definitely eat there again

Just a really nice meal out, nice to be-able to just turn up without booking and get great food and service, perfect. All the staff were lovely and our waitress, Clio, deserves a special mention, very friendly and did a great job! Thank you

We came for breakfast with Santa. We arrived promptly at 9am as booked and were left without drinks for 20 minutes after ordering them. The breakfast wasn’t delivered for nearly 40 minutes after arriving and with two hungry toddlers kicking off as they were hungry it wasn’t fun. I understand it was busy and maybe a little unorganised or running behind but when young children are hungry and thirsty they play up so I then felt embarrassed as my kids were screaming. When we eventually got our food and drink it was nice and we enjoyed it. Overall we did have a nice time but there were parts I would change like the waiting so long.

Excellent service. We’ve been here plenty of times and each time are always incredibly well looked after. The staff were attentive, wonderfully friendly with my one year old, who took a shine to the chap who led us to our table and took our order (Xmas jumper). Food was top notch as always. We are moving to the area soon so this will be sure to become a staple venue! Thanks again for looking after us.

The decor and ambience of the restaurant was very good, and we were given a warm welcome upon arrival. Your table staff were cheerful. Our party of 4 all chose to take a 3-course meal from the lunchtime menu for cost reasons. We all thought the food was 'OK' - but not exemplary. I (the bill payer) was disappointed by the high cost of the drinks

I chose the Copt Oak because it was near Jn22 of the M1 and central for all my contractors based in the UK. We were given a warm welcome by the team and a separate alcove for us to dine which was lovely. We all didn't arrive at the same time, but this was no problem for our server Terrie dishing out drinks as we did arrive. We weren't hurried and felt relaxed. Terrie made sure we all the correct meals and drinks. She was absolutely fantastic and a credit to you. Unfortunately she was on her break when we paid the bill and left. Can you make sure to thank her so much from all of us for all her wonderful service - I hope she receives some of the tip I gave. Oh and the food was good too. We will be back as it's a great place to meet and eat
