Donnelly Fiat Mallusk

Johnathan McMullan has to be one of the nicest car dealers in earth. He was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you, and your dealership, for putting me into yet another Fiat 500L.

Donnellys in Mullusk was excellent (totally different from their other dealership's that I have had to interact with.). My car was getting a service. Sadly I didn't get the staff member's name. He was awesome. I had a question about my car's tyre pressures and he didn't make me feel stupid. I was offered a courtesy car, which was so cool. So much better than having to wait. Fabulous customer service, so glad I went to this branch of the dealership's group.

I used Donnelly Group Servicing division. Excellent service. I was positively surprised. I spoke with Darren on the phone and then dealt with Steven, both very professional.My car showed a fault and I wanted to get it repaired using the insurance that came with the car as I bought it second-hand. They liaised with the insurance company which eventually paid 80% of the cost. Unfortunately, the part they installed on the car was faulty so they had to reorder it and keep the car longer than I had anticipated. Because of the delay they offered me to use one of their courtesy cars, which was a great help as I travel a lot for work.Overall it was a great service and I would happily recommend this garage.

Staff very helpful and friendly.were very quick in getting car mot and ready to collect.full tank of fuel as well which was a nice touch.excellant experience all round

This I am sorry to say has been the worst customer service I have ever received.The service department could not have been anymore unhelpful. if you are not a wealthy customer, you will be like a second class citizen .

Had recall work on my Fiat Ducato completed here. As soon as the part arrived from Italy Donnelly’s went out of their way to schedule me in and completed the work in 2 days. It was a big job. Really appreciate the staff professionalism and customer service I received.

Extremely helpful, work to be done on my car not bought from them but with warranty through, trust ford. Service staff very helpful
