I had an appointment today at the smart, clean and modern OneWelbeck. All staff were very polite and kind, and I had access to an expert consultant in my complex abdominal condition within 24 hours. I received an in-depth opinion and a plan for how to move forward, with options available. Overall I was very impressed and pleased with my outpatient appointment and won’t hesitate to use OneWelbeck again or for a different problem if needs be.

Seamless service from start to finish.Due to personal circumstances I was unable to be sedated during a colonoscopy, but Dr Hoare was so skilled and careful that I didn’t even need the gas and air that was offered.Brilliant service from the nursing and reception team, too.

I was disappointed clear details of my medical history which I made an effort to provide in advance and which I was told would be shared were not in anyway familiar to the consultant. She started the consultation knowing nothing about me and I spent time reading out the email I had sent. Given the cost of the precious 30 minutes I had I felt this was disappointing and I do not feel I got the outcomes I was hoping for from the consultation.
