Staff wasn't as helpful. Asked for a few things, but no one could make any effort to guide. Additionally, I returned something at two different outlets, and the way they deal with it is different, where I believe I lost my money. I wouldn't recommend going to this store, and would rather choose a different location.

Hobby craft store stocking lots of goods for almost any physical craft and stuff beyond that too. Staff are friendly and the store is pretty big and well stocked. Some of the products are a little pricey, but there is a student discount here for 10%!

When returning an item, I had no hassle, and when looking for a replacement item, help was readily available and efficient. Clean store with an expansive collection. Great customer service all around.

Well stocked with very wide range of items for wide range of crafts and wide range of abilities. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Plenty of Christmas gifts too. I had a voucher to use and the young man on the till even sorted that for me.

Good shop for anyone who likes made things such hand made postcards, painting pictures etc. Worth to pop in. Lot of ideas for many occasions

Great store. Good aisle spacing. Good prices on items. Had some sale items too which had good marked down price. Lots of craft item for inpiration. I went for Fabric but ended up buying a few other things instead. Staff,I spoke to, at the till was polite and helpful.

I am disable and I was looking for something. When I asked two different members of staff. They weren't very helpful, instead directed to the isles. Instead of showing me where it was. Not very helpful at all. Disappointed customer.
