Awful service, I would never recommend this company to anyone! They cause nothing but stress, they do not deliver on weekends to evening which makes having delivery’s very difficult especially as when you do make arrangements to take annual leave they cancel an hour into the delivery time or turn up without the item on the van (3 times this particular thing happened) I work in a hospital with patients in clinics so to “just rearrange to next week” is near impossible as annual leave needs to be booked in advance to make sure clinics are not booked in. They do not cater for people who; live alone who do not work from home and work 9-5. If they were reliable this wouod not even be an issue but having to take multiple days annual leave for absolutely no reason at all is not acceptable!

I brought 3 Galloway chairs. One was delivered with no foam in the back and another one has had the base collapse. The base was held by two staples. Quality of these chairs is absolutely shocking. Now a second one has the same fault.

I ordered a rustic oak dining table and 4 chairs after waiting 8 weeks for delivery only the table arrived on calling into store a lady in the office said she would look into the delivery of the chairs as only 2 was down to be delivered a week later I never heard from the lady again which i think is bad customer care. After phoning customer services they said it was not possible to deliver all 4 chairs together so had to have 2 more delivery slots for the chairs.

Came in on Saturday as I will be moving next month and need a new sofa and table. I came in with my partner and two friends to have a look around, as we entered we were given disgusting looks, we continued on to actually look at the furniture, i had found a sofa that looked lovely and felt great to sit on, as we sat on it, a lady with a stinking attitude came and asked us what we wanted and where our parents were. Funny how she watched us drive in and get out of our car and then asked us. We told her we were over 20 and didnt need our parents and then asked us what we wanted again, i told her i was just having a look and she gave me the dirtiest look ive ever had. I never knew you couldn't actually view furniture in a furniture store. If you cant sit on the chairs then put signs up. Absolutely appalled by this behaviour. Someone needs their attitude checked.

Ordered items and paid for assembly. Half of the items had missing components which meant that they were unusable. Fitters said that this is a regular occurrence. Despite several conversations with customer services the missing items have not materialised. Buyers beware this could happen to you!!

Just bought a new sofa, completely painlessly, from the lovely Rachel at the Swansea store. Cannot recommend the service highly enough, the second time we have bought from this company and both times the furniture and service has been excellent. Looking forward to our delivery now!
