Excellent service, very nice showroom and very helpful staff. Took time to explain the various stoves on sale and the installation process all of which was really helpful in making a decision. They managed to arrange the install the fireplace hearth in time for the flooring being laid which was just really nice of them.On the day of the install Gareth & his son arrived as planned and install went without a hitch. Professional, careful and a quality job - really nice chaps.We're really happy with the stove - it looks great.I'd recommend Fireplace and Timer Products with no hesitation, a great team providing great products, thanks.

We had a wood burning stove supplied and fitted. The sales team were great, friendly and not pushy. The fitters were efficient doing a great job, cleaned up really well after fitting and were happy to answer our queries. We are very happy with everything.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish with this company. Knocked out my old fireplace. And installed my new one. Very nice lads worked hard and cleaned up each night. Was told by two folk who came they had never seen such good plastering work. Well done guys. Was kept informed of everything throughout. Nothing was to much trouble from start to finish. I am thrilled with it. Would certainly use this company again and recommend them.

I highly recommend this company. We were served by Tom who was very helpful and courteous, excellent customer service. Unfortunately, an oak beam we purchased was not the correct colour. However, this was an issue with the supplier and the store swiftly rectified the issue, we were able to exchange the beam within a matter of four days, taking into account the store was closed for two of those days. To summarise, excellent after sales service, (by the supplier too), with a good will gesture thrown in. Thank you.
