Do not use this company, their after service is absolutely horrendous We had doors and windows fitted in Nov 2021 and still waiting for it to be sorted The bi folding doors do not fit They came out twice and I was promised they would be replaced as it was a manufacturers fault Still waiting They were also damaged when they fit them I trusted the manager when he came out to sign the finance firm and he promised someone would come the next day to sort it No one came They took out half the wall when fitting the windows and they had to send someone else out to sort it They said the ordinal fitters were sacked and they knew they weren’t the best we lived with massive cracks in the glass for months Brown marks under the black front door We still waiting for them to paint it the plastic coverings have dropped off the windows I could go on and on The main thing is we are still waiting after many emails and phone calls for it to be fixed after 18 months Please do not use them I will add more photos later

Had a door and frame fitted from this company and all I've had is issues. The door catches the frame all the time when trying to close it. I've rang the company on a number of occasions to be told we'll come and have a look but they don't bother turning up.All I need is someone to come out and show me how to adjust the door that's all, after that I'll manage myself.I've had a few relatives who've had new windows installed and I've warned them about this company so they've used someone else and they're happy.I was warned about using this company but I'd already told them to order the door and frame so unfortunately it was too late for me to go with someone else.I've now asked another local company to come and adjust the door.Avoid this company!!!
