Wish this shop was more local to me, I took the opportunity of a rare child free shopping spree to queensgate and this was the first shop I came to upon entering. The window displays drew me in, very girly and glitzy - there are 2 changing rooms in store as well which is always a bonus as body shapes constantly change. I found some of the fittings of clothes to be on the smaller side rather than true to size , but I came away with a few nice items including sale items and some really lovely boots which the shop assistant was happy to look out the back for me to see if my size was available. I will definitely return when in the area again :)

I was at the shop today at 5.20 I was served by Kristina, straight away i was told that they close at 5.30. In my 8 minutes that i was there Kristina told me a further 3 Times that they will be closing at 5.30. I bought a dress spending £60 and paying at 5.28. Kristina was very unpleasant and I felt harassed. If I was not desperate for a dress I would of absolutely not bought a thing. I would not go,buy,or even look in this shop again. The door was locked at 5.25 , not good customer care. Just a rush to finish and go home. I have never felt so unwelcome when out spending my hard earned money. A course in customer services would be a huge benefit to your sales and reputation.

The owner or manager is always helpful although the staff manners are questionable. Bear in mind in case you need to return an item (actually we wanted to replace them) they will send you away even if the items are still sealed. I understand that the shop rules states lingerie can't be returned but if the item is factory packed and unopened I think it wouldn't be such a big issue to replace them. I've been a customer for years and bought many items however after recent experience I will be buying elsewhere.

I absolutley love this shop. You can find clothes and shoes for special ocasions or even for daily wearing. The prices are absolutley amazing, and extra afordable. I already buyed a lot of items from it and i am more than happy with the quality of products.

I am disgusted with this store, after purchasing a dress here it lasted 1 wash. I followed the recommended wash guide yet the material was destroyed. After bringing it in with the receipt i was told nothing can be done. Disrespectful and plain utter trash. Please find attached before and after pictures.

I can't fault the shop, it is a very nice shop with lovely items however there was a lady on the counter she was looking at me as if I am going to steal something because of my colour, I had two kids, one in the pram and a 5 year old. Please be kind to people of colour, we are just going there to shop and look around and not steal it is so uncomfortable someone to look at you or follow you it doesn't make your shopping experience good at all, please stop doing this and treat all people the same despite their colour.
