distinct lack of customer service, if it wasn't for the lad who had come over from a different shop, would have just walked out. 3 members of staff just stood there talking about conjunctavitus, these people should not be working in a customer environment. As a matter of principle will not be renewing contract with 02. Relates to a store visit on 4th Dec 2023 to purchase a new phone.

First time we used this store it was very good. The last 3 visits have been dreadful. The staff have not been helpful. If you are not technically competent I suggest you find some other way of changing your phones.

Shocking service from one male member of staff in particular at O2 Touchwood, Solihull who was extremely rude, patronising and who needs to find a job where he doesn't have to deal with people, especially disabled people! He clearly could not be bothered and had no clue at how to deal with us - speaking at 100 miles per hour, back turned away and very unpleasant. He walked off without saying where he was going and I eventually had to ask where he had gone. I then saw the staff member I asked to find him, laughing with his rude colleague as he was talking to him through the open office door. When the original staff member finally returned, he would NOT listen to what we were saying at all and just repeated well it doesn't show that on our system" and ended up shouting at me and my partner and then storming off again leaving us just sat there! The other staff member came over then and I asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one on Sundays. He then asked me to tell him what we were trying to tell the other staff member and went through it step by step and we quickly understood what he was explaining and could see where WE were misunderstanding the online quotation. Why couldn't the first staff member do that? I left there feeling upset

Absolutely rubbish. I spent all day in the place .my wife and I couldn't phone each other. We need are disabled. So we need are phones. We never even asked for o2. Do not use we have missed hospital appointments.

Lady with messy dark brown hair needs to get some lessons on customer service, clearly only working there for the sales and just sending me off to speak to the call centres. (When her colleague was able to help me with the issue the next day) and not there to help vulnerable people like myself. 02 you need to train this lady with the expectations you set and also maybe give her some lessons on how to do hair and makeup!

Unhelpful and not interested in sorting out Sim deals when wanting to change contracts. Was Referred to a call centre. What's the point of having a phone shop that can't help or engage with the public? Only interested in selling phones. Extremely Unhelpful in every way.Give it a miss

Hamza R. was fantastic! My phone broke and so I came into the store and told him I needed to get back to work ASAP. He went through the whole upgrade process, he worked out the best package and phone for me and had me set up with it in under 5 minutes whilst being friendly and professional! Thank you very much Hamza you’re a legend.

One of the staff have ignored me after i find the original sim card on the smartphones when my Nokia G11 smartphones repair also the chubby young girl you sell Nokia headphones but she don't know the headphones also i nearly loss my sim card inside the smart phone she have no experience also two of the 02 staff are too rude also the British Asians big lady colleague spread rumors to 02 staff about me i will never going to 02 shop in touchwood soilhull again

A gentleman called Ashley (not sure of spelling) helped my mum who has learning disabilities and sadly had her phone stolen the week before. His patience and kindness was so appreciated and he really went above and beyond, even though he must have spent hours with my mum, getting her re-set up with a SIM card and explaining things to her. Sadly she had a bad experience with a female member of staff the day before who was disinterested in helping her, but Ashley is a shining example of great customer service. Top guy!
