Tim's survey was very thorough; he also had a follow up call to discuss any questions we had which was extremely helpful. From start to finish, Tim and Sue were so friendly and helpful. Our questions were answered immediately and we feel we received the best possible service and a survey that was meticulously thorough and extremely helpful to us in every respect. We couldn't have asked for a better service. Both Tim and Sue were great to deal with throughout, helping to bring forward the date of the survey to suit our timescales and providing a useful summary email on the day it was undertaken to highlight some key points. The survey report itself was thorough, well presented and easy to digest, as a bonus our seller is now addressing some of the issues ahead of the sale. All in all we are very happy with the results and would recommend Dobanti to anyone wishing to complete a building survey in the area.
