I recently purchased a 2019 BMW which did not have Apple CarPlay onboard, however after speaking to Simon he was able to activate this on my factory head unit which works perfectly! Top work as always, I highly recommend these guys.

Amazing advice and install from Simon and the team, highly recommend a very professional and friendly service. Had new front speakers fitted and then went back for a second bite with a sub-woofer. Great advice and service - really helpful - I was going away so needed it in a hurry and they were really flexible - thank you. I could not be happier with the end result after 2000+ miles around Europe in the summer. Not cheap but quality of product and fitting is superb.

Although I'm posting now about my purchase in 2017 - I cant praise Simon and the crew at WCR enough.I purchased a AVIC Pioneer unit in 2017 and had this professionally fitted to an Audi S6 (C5 platform) this was an excellent upgrade for the tired system. I've had excellent support relating to map updates and I recontacted WCR regarding an insurance claim (relating to my vehicle), Even after such a long time - Simon was very helpful in providing information for my insurance. Trustworthy, knowledgeable and extremely professional.I can confidently say that my experience with Western Car Radio has been some of the best customer service I have ever received.They fitted two 1000W RMS (each) subwoofers to my Ford Mustang, as well as sourcing and fitting a suitable amplifier and wiring kit. I also requested a bass control knob be fitted which is tucked away under the steering wheel in an easy-to-access but out of sight location. Even the sizeable amplifier is completely hidden.Nothing was too much trouble for them and their after-sales commitment to customers is phenomenal. I truly cannot praise them highly enough!

I don’t normally do reviews, but....Western Car Radio performed a miracle with my Audi RS4 B5 model from 2001. The speakers were aged and badly decayed making the sound system painful to listen to. New replacement speakers are unobtainable. So Simon and his team upgraded all the old speakers, replaced the sub-woofer and even found a way to fit in Bluetooth connectivity with the original 22 year old Bose audio system still in place. This has completely transformed the listening experience to incredible, with deep bass and crystal clear treble. After picking up my car from Western Car Radio, as I sat in the obligatory traffic jam on the way home, the music was so amazing I had tears of joy in my eyes. There is a strong possibility that I may be found sitting in my car in the garage in the future just listening to music.The whole process from initial phone call to discuss requirements, further communication during the works and final demonstration once the installation was completed was first class. Thank you Simon, I am a very happy customer and would recommend a sound system upgrade by Western Car Radio to anyone without hesitation.
