I needed to re-set the Waste Ink Pad counter on my Epson Printer and chose Waste Ink Pads to provide the necessary information.The response after payment was prompt and when I had difficulty implementing, due to my limited computer knowledge, I contacted them to explain my problems and once again they rose to the challenge as they responded quickly to supply another link to implement which was successful.Would certainly use again.

I don’t usually leave reviews because I can never be bothered! However I have to say that Jangir was so helpful that I felt compelled to do so. My printer is fixed for less than a tenner. I’m not the best with technology and had little confidence this would work. When I hit something I didn’t understand I called Jangir and he walked me through it step by step over the phone and in 10 minutes my printer was working again. Brilliant. Thank you so much!

My first attempts at clearing the issue with my Mac prompted my email to the website that provided a solution to blocked waste ink messages from my Epson printer. Initially I had issues until ~I had a reply to my emails which suggested an alternative approach because I was not using a PC. After trying the alternative my printer started immediately and although its early days it is performing as it always did
