Huge thanks to the kind gentleman behind the bar on Sunday evening who went to great trouble to get a confused driver with malfunctioning satnav and no map back on to the M2. Your directions worked perfectly - which is more than can be said for Google Maps which remained silent throughout the journey!

Clicky as hell. Locals really dont like fresh blood coming into their pub.Shame, because it otherwise has all the makings of a great london style pub, but the people ruin the experience.Staff are fabulous, and they offer games nights regularly as well as live TV.Everything on point, just a shame it has attracted such a nasty mob mentality.

Super clean and tidy, lovely home cooked food, great service, the Guinness is first class, amazing function from and beer garden, amazing what the new owners have done with this pub, really is a lovely place to be, for kids and dogs welcome too.

Lovely family run pub. Recently taken over by current Landlords. Nice outdoor area to rear. Has regular themed entertainment events. Family friendly. Well recommended.

Really friendly & helpful bar staff. Not used to the area and made me feel very welcome. Beer garden is excellent as well.
