Value for money stock, professional, friendly staff, keep up the good work guys. Recently purchased few vehicles from Aston Barclay Westbury as in photos.

Not too many cars unlike other locations. Not too busy. Though quite a queue to get in due to security issues. Massive compound and seem to have room for more. Not easy to get here. Definitely worth having a car or taxi coming down unless you have a strict appointment.

Absolutely shocking customer service will never buy from this branch again !!! Perfect example of middle management overload, just passed from one person to the other no member of staff know what they are doing. I would go on....................... 3 weeks still not sorted very fast to take money/chase, then all staff dont know whats happening ? No manager is ever working or to busy. How can a auction house have such bad reviews ???All you gotta do is auction the car, then give it us ?? we have been in the trade 20+ years, first time i wrote a review for a auction house !!! Like i said i would go on and on, poor poor communication and waste of time and money.

I have been a loyal customer and buy all my vehicles from Aston Barclay. I bought a van and paid to have delivered, it broke down within 10 miles of their site and they have now washed they hands of me and have come back saying, my van, my problem. Mark Blakelock the boss there does not respond or take any accountability for issues. Very Dissapointing.

Fair guy's coming from a Trade plate driver's perspective. Blonde woman on the barrier is firm but fair. Not a complicated setup unlike some Auto Auctioneers sites.

Scammers. False reports not stating damage. A1 GRADED cars clearly not A1 CHECK MY PHOTOS TO SEE WHAT THEY CALL A1 GRADED. IF YOU BUY ONLINE THIS IS WHAT YOU GET. . AA inspections stating no faults but headlights not working costing £2000 just so they can put it on a warranty that doesn't pay. Pending court action. This has been going in 235 days so far. Legal team now dealing and county court ACTION. Management deny responsibilty. Photos shown are my photos reported. Non of these were shown on the report. Or I would never of purchased. Please note I'm in the trade and I know what A1 means. Miss sold goods.

Worst auction group to deal with. 25 years holding account, 35 in the trade. Fault with car sold all good. Refused driver permission to leave onsite while alternate transport arranged. Will not deal with again.

Absolute con artists they sell faulty cars with assured reports which costs the buyer extra fees per car. When you do make a complaint they will just mess you arou d from one company to another. AA will turn up after 7 days from the day you filed your complaint. The AA will check the car for faults and report all faults as found. However even then aston barclay or the warranty company will not want to reimburse for yoh the work that is required. Absolute rubbish service and definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Stick with the big boys BCA atleast they contribute towards the repair costs or take the car back. Aston Barclay staff will only look after their bosses pocket.

We bought a 3 year old Mercedes Benz with low mileage from the Mercedes Benz group sale online, The vehicle wasTotally misdescribed and the stereo system was not working either.Spoke to the manager Ian who was very unhelpful and now we have a costly project on our hands.

Collcted my car today, fast professional inspection. I left my wallet in the car by mistake and the lovely lady drove it 20 minutes back for me. Really pleased with their above and beyond service!
