Rachel is a lifesaver. Mabel is our first ever dog and we felt so overwhelmed, especially when she all of a sudden refused to leave the house. Rachel showed us how to get Mabel comfortable going on walks and honestly, it’s night and day! I just feel so grateful because before Rachel I didn’t know how I was ever going to take my dog on walks or do any of the outdoor things I imagined with her. Her anxiety is so much better now. Rachel has also helped us with barking and jumping up. Rachel has the most calm and lovely demeanor and was such a pleasure to work with. The minute she walked into our house our dog was like a different dog - honestly wish I could command that kind of respect from my dog! But the things Rachel taught her stuck and the dog repeats the same good behaviors with me. I really appreciate the summaries she provides as well. I’ve already recommended her to a bunch of puppy parents in the park where I live and will keep doing so!!

Cassie was my first dog and Rachel really helped with the whole process of training her. Not only did she provide invaluable practical training support, she helped me gain confidence in myself and my ability going forward. Rachel is so kind and knows how to give constructive criticism which i think is so important! I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Rachel was unbelievable with training my puppy (and myself). She has a natural love for all dogs which instantly shines through, and she patiently spent time guiding us through techniques to help my puppy decrease barking, settle down in general and combat resource guarding. No issue was ever a problem for Rachel and she was always on hand to answer any questions I had. The techniques she put in place have worked miraculously and I am beyond grateful that she has provided me with the tools to move forward with our training. Thank you so much Rachel, we wuff you! x

Rachel has been absolutely amazing with our anxious rescue dog, who was struggling with going out on walks. Her advice made a huge difference and she's always been quick to respond whenever we've need advice or to discuss a follow up. Would highly recommend her services!

Rachel has been so kind and patient in working with my partner and me on our puppy training. We have an anxious and fear-reactive rescue puppy and, as first time dog owners, we were at a loss as we hadn’t been expecting the reactivity. I heard about Rachel through a neighbor at a time when I felt really low and hopeless about our ability to help our pup. Our sessions with her have been so reassuring and helpful. She puts us at ease, our puppy at ease, and she gives us actionable guidance to make a difference for our dog. More than anything, she’s helped us see that we’re doing a good job and that it’s a slow process, but we can get there in the end. Would definitely recommend her to anyone struggling with a new puppy!

We worked one-on-one with Rachel across six sessions with our corgi puppy, focusing first on his walking (which was initially a nightmare because he loved to chase our feet). We went from dreading taking him out and only getting about 10-15 minutes from our door before having to turn back to a confident pup who loves heading to the park and exploring!As new puppy owners, we were frustrated with certain recurring behaviours and anxious about giving our little guy the best start and Rachel taught us how to communicate better with him and a range of life-saving distraction techniques. We made progress really quickly and now have a happy, curious 7 month old pup!Rachel is very knowledgeable, reassuring and we loved her approach of positive reinforcement and letting the dog make the right decision himself. We always get compliments on how well behaved he is (admittedly he still has his meltdowns, but we can now cope with them more confidently and quickly!) and we've recommended Rachel to our pup-owning friends too.We're very grateful to have found Rachel and worked with her. I don't know what we would have done without her guidance and she'll be our first port of call if we need further support with our dog.

Rachel is brilliant. I've been to her puppy classes, and have had 12 one-to-one sessions with Rachel over the last year, helping me bring up a Cavachon puppy. Rachel has been instrumental in helping me solve the problems I know I have, and spotting things that I can do to help in areas that I didn't spot. Her approach is holistic, helping me bring up a calm, joyful puppy, by looking at all the things you can do in the day to keep your dog relaxed and happy. The sessions have been great fun and I look forward to them.

Rachel is the ultimate dog whisperer! She taught us effective and logical methods to use with our mini daxie who had a fear of dogs, wheels and most humans. These methods have helped with many other issues which we had with our dog, like barking. Rachel is patient and kind and always available for questions ! I am no longer ending up in HR at work because of my dogs behaviour :)

Cant recommend Rachel enough! She clearly understands dogs so well and breaks down their training so it’s really easy to understand and fun to do. The difference just once session has made to my dogs behaviour and lead walking is unbelievable! Walking with my dog has gone from a stressful event to a joyful and bonding one! So happy :-)

If I could give Rachel more than 5 stars I would! She is so understanding and kind as a trainer. I’ve had 121 and group sessions with her and each time she has helped us so much. Her training never feels daunting and she’s great at explaining things in a way that makes sense and sticks with you. She also really cares and follows up with advice that you can go back to. No question is silly or too small. She’s brilliant!
