Ali Shan Cafe & Takeaway

The pizza was absolutely disgusting, the toppings literally slide off the pizza... Someone has uploaded a picture of their pizza and I've experienced the same problem. The owner is also rude so don't bother ordering from here.

This takeout place should not be open after my little nephew felt sick eating from here. Non of my family member has black hair, so we actually found a hair inside the box but it wasn't in my food though. I like takeout now and then but this place is no go zone for me and the rest of my family.

I orderd a vegetarian pizza and lamb biryani was perfect as I asked no oil I would definitely recommend they good

We ordered 3 chicken tikka pizzas at full price but all were uncooked. We have to throw in bin, informed the takeaway on fone about quality and uncooked pizzas but not ready to listen. Finally decided never to visit such rubbish takeaway again.Update; I just checked other reviews , surprisingly everyone has experienced same thing.

Just been to collect pizza ok. So I'm 5 minutes late to pick. Guy serving at the counter elder bold guy. Soo annoyed literally shouted at me asking in the most loudest annoyed voice ever shouting which your pizza" bc he shouted I literally forget my order then another guy from kitchen said I know her order...ok at this point I'm shaking ...So I stood my ground as to why he's shouting at me ...I said don't you have any respect for your customers. Bc they can't speak English.. I had to speak in Punjabi.. poor service Batameez log behind counter serving ....never going again to Ali Shaan bad service !! After all that I still paid n believe mee never going again. Bad Experience scarred for life...."

Regularly order pizza from here. Generally the pizza is okay, nothing outstanding just okay but good value. Struggled to find a pizza shop that offers great halal pizza at the price mark.

Poor servicePizza was burnt. It’s always same issue, burnt or uncooked. Never ordering from this place again.

Their Alishaan special pizza is a local classic...you have to mind the lahore Street style vibe though...

Bottom of pizza is burnt on almost half the box on both pizzas.Moody operator on phone and moody delivery driver.
