The vintage retro style was elegant and all appliances looked very high quality.Customer service was excellent as well, they were polite and professional, answered all my questions, and offered a very good price for a bundle.I could not be more satisfied with this company!

Constantly let down by Kaiser.I paid for installation which was due to take place on Monday 11th Dec however the electrician asked to push this back to Tuesday 12th Dec.Waited all day on Tuesday 12th Dec for the electrician to hard wire my oven, however something apparently catastrophic happened and he wasn't able to attend.Electrician has then subsequently rescheduled for today (Sunday 17th Dec) at 8am and still now show. Called and text and now the electrician has turned his phone off, his name is Bill.Kaiser - nobody is answering the phone as reaching VM, no emergency number for customers.This is by far the most derisory, lack luster service I have ever received. Horrendous experience from start to finish.

Had a servicing job to replace a lightbulb in my oven the kaiser engineer was professional knowledgeable and kind .First class service from kaiser

I visited the showroom to have a look at their products. I immediately fell in love with their collection. The Empire cooker hood and electronic oven have been my favourite so far. They even have a touch free cooker hood which is so advanced and amazing. After checking out their products, I ordered a 90 cm. Induction range cooker for our new kitchen. We received the cooker yesterday and it looks same as the pictures from website. We are waiting for the installation and really excited.
