The fishing lake is great for big catches, but you might not catch a lot, and watch out for swans as I had to wait nearly an hour for them to move away from the fishing rods.

Plenty of fish in here. Great place to go if you're after an easy days fishing. Friendly bailiff who is happy to help. You catch anywhere in here, especially in the margins.

Fished main lake first time I have carp fished on this site for 9 year as my fishing is now trout fly only. Had very enjoyable day resulting in 3 carp all 5lb ish + one at 12 lb and one at 14 lb .the banks are all well kept with the bailiff and the owner very helpful .Would recommend .

We had a terrible experience at this place. The staff was rude with poor attitude, they checked our lancets 3 times and start arguing that we paid for 2 and we had 1 extra next to it as a spare. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
