Brilliant handware shop, got everything you could possibly need and more

I bought some crystal glasses which were the wrong ones, so I took them back, and guess what, they could only give me a credit note in this day and age, a credit note? this is why this business is going under, the Boss has no business sense.So the boss informed the sales women he would telephone me? to speak to me about what? the credit note? which I refused to take. so I decided to exchange them for another set. I will never set foot in this place again, and be careful customers remember if you want to take the goods back, you will not get a refund, only a credit note, seems he is living in the dark ages.

All those diy jobs to do without having to buy more than 5 or 10 pack to do them.
