Been to buy a charlie bear today was blown away to have ling ling panda in stock and 1st to catch my eye, of course i couldn't leave without him the staff were all very helpful, lovely and very accommodating even carried my bear 10 mins walk to my car. Will look forward to visiting again. Thanku again

What a lovely experience dealing with his shop. Lovely laid out shop with excellent Customer service. Went out of there way to source me a pearl ring I really liked for my pearl wedding anniversary that didn't come in my size. Long story attached but the main issue being they never gave up and I have my lovely Pearl ring Thank you.

I placed a pre order for charlie bears london. He arrived super fast and great care went into packaging him. Great communication from Gary. Will definitely order from here again.

I really love this shop for it's personal service and the variety of high quality jewellery with names like Kit Heath and Olivia Burton.Always great advice and no pressure to buy makes this a wonderful shopping experience.Just bought three pairs of earrings. Maybe do your Christmas shopping here!
