The process lasted almost two and a half hours. The position for the back was very uncomfortable. The lady who did it never talked neither to ask if I was comfortable or if I was feeling the eye patches. I really struggle the hole session. Nevertheless I can say the job was good. Unfortunately results weren’t what I was waiting. It looks like I have not extensions.

This is not a review of the place itself as I did not have a treatment there but of their customer service (or lack therof). I would not be writing this review had I not received a very rude phone call from someone at this salon. I booked in to have a wax. 10 minutes before my appointment a lady called to cancel as the therapist was ill but said she would call me back to rebook my appointment. This is all fair enough, things like this happen. But they didn't call me back and when I tried to call I couldn't get through.Having not heard anything over a week later from Beauty at Brandon Terrace, I call Wahanda, who I booked through, to explain the situation and ask for a refund as I had gone elsewhere. No problem Wahanda said, they would call the salon and sort it out for me. As soon as I get off the phone from Wahanda, I get a call from a very abrupt woman from the salon saying that although they were sorry about my appointment being cancelled the situation couldn't have been helped and that they did try to call me back. I stated that this was not the case, as I have no phone calls or voicemails from them (have since checked my phone records and there were definitely no calls from them). She was clearly very upset that I had gone through Wahanda to ask for a refund rather than call her. Although she did offer me a complimentary wax, it very much felt that if I went in to the salon, she'd be just as rude in person and it wouldn't be something I'd want to experience.Overall : Don't be rude to your potential customers when you cancel their appointments without any customer service. It's interesting that the only call that did get through was the one that they were complaining at me in! I was fine with a refund and would have rebooked for a few weeks later for this venue, but sadly won't try you guys now.

Angela is fantastic & has managed to fix the damage done to my nails. Having tried a couple of other places & having very poor results I now wouldn't go anywhere else.

Always receive the best in this salon, after having a baby I haven’t had my lashes or nails done for a while but I will be back soon! Would never go anywhere else xx

Both girls have their nails done a lot (mainly in London) and they were so impressed with your expertise, professionalism and friendliness.Thank you very much. I'll be back as I live locally.

I'll always get light volume lashes! They are so pretty and they are the best!

I would highly recommend Ewa and her team at Brandon Beauty Studio! I have had my gel nails and my lash extensions done here since 2019. The quality of the lashes last over 3 weeks if cared for properly. My gel nails have never had a chip and are always in lovely condition. Very accessible by buses and has nearby parking. They do such an excellent job over all!

I've tried various salons around Edinburgh for eyelash extensions and Brandon Beauty Studio is 100% the best lashes I've ever had! Ewa is amazing and I would highly recommend. The nails I've had done here were equally as good - lasted ages without chipping or anything. 5 star!

Wonderful experience and great customer service. Love how everything is explained step by step. Nails lasts for more than 4 weeks. Highly recommended
