Staff here are lovely and supportive! Good place to take your Theory Test!

Zero courtesy of reception staff ! Rude and arrogant , totally unnecessary ...just to add to the nerves already being felt before taking a test !

I arrived for an 8am theory test, to be greeted by possibly one of the most vilest women I have ever come across. Shouting at me in front of people telling me she does not care about my reason for being 1 minute late due as I got lost, when she asked me if I took the test already she then responders with ‘well o might see you next time’ befor I took my second theory making me feel stupid and completely off guard for the test, forcing me to walk away from the test result in tears to be faced with her than flirting and talking about me behind my back to the male HGV drivers also taking their tests. Does not care about anyone other than herself, belittled me in front of people & made me cry. But is more than happy around the older men to flirt & talk about me to random strangers with a laugh & smile on her face. Will be taking my test at another centre. Never felt so bad for something I was not in control of. Vile & disgusting women.

Intentionally test center organiser will give difficult test options , I mean set of questions , I think they don’t want to clear the test in first attempt , they are always need you to rebook and pay another 23 pounds, please make noise out about this to stop losing money because of their greedy

Reception staff ! Rude and arrogant, totally unnecessary. She attacks and senselessly irritates you before starting the test. The old nasty devotee should not work there because he only looks for problems where they are not. I do not wish for myself or others to work with such people because it insults me.

Professional staff. A bit small though compared to a few other Pearson Vue Centres I’ve been.

The staff at this test centre was so friendly, I was extremely surprised. Especially the man working at the reception- I appreciated his effort to make conversation to make candidates more relaxed!I don’t normally review test centres, but this one was different to the normal. :)

Staff are good and helpful...good place for test .with separate lockers to keep the person belongings...

I had my theory test over there.Brilliant support at reception desk,they explain everything very good.You can go there to do a lot courses for driving etc.I 100% recommend this company
