Dealt with Zachary who was really helpful and never pushy with the sale. Thought the offer was fair and when they received the watch they kept the same initial offer rather then trying to knock it down unfairly. Would deal with them again.

I recently requested an estimate for selling a Cartier Tank Watch by filling in the request form on the website. Within a very short time I received an outline offer to purchase from Aaron, giving an estimate range which would be dependent on condition of the watch. The price range seemed fair and as was planning to visit Birmingham the following week I elected to drop into the office to have the watch checked out rather than use the postal service. Although I was expecting to be offered the lower end of the estimate, despite the watch needing some minor attention I was delighted to be offered nearer the top of the range and was pleased to accept the offer. I found the whole process to be simple and very efficient, with a bank transfer generated the same day. As an added bonus everyone in the office was very friendly and engaging, making the whole experience an absolute pleasure.
