I enquired for a property with claridges and liased with an agent called adam, first of all i was interested in the property and was asked to give £3000 under the table and then he agreed on £500. Then i put a deposit on the property and also a reference check payment after the landlord had agreed to give me the property. I then had no response from adam for a few days as my calls were not being answered, then was told the landlord is unresponsive and his solicitors details were not available. Then got a call 2 weeks later that the landlord decided to give the property to someone else, but claridges board is still on there im sure they were dealing with it. It was really unprofessional of this company to do such a thing and will definitely not be going back to them again.

Claridges Commercial were very good when dealing with our property. They achieved a great price over the asking price. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them again in the future.
