A really great sports massage. After a consultation Caroline explained exactly what she was doing and really tailored the massage to what I needed, feeling better straight away.She also provided exercises with demonstration to target the areas that I need the most. Would absolutely recommend and already rebooked.

Caroline is incredible.I have hEDS and complex muscular/skeletal problems. I'm very cautious of treatments as often people can make me worse not better, but Caroline is so skilled that I feel better every time I see her. And the feeling lasts a long time. On top of her amazing skills Caroline is genuinely a lovely person and I always feel relaxed around her.
