Went for dinner 12/2/23 at 6.30pm. Some if the self serve points were out of order, but the restaurant wasn't busy, so no problem. Machine didn't give us a receipt and table service wasn't available. We waited 15 minutes for our food which was barely lukewarm and had items missing. Which I had to force my way past Ubereats drivers to inform staff, who grudgingly got the missing drinks without making eys cintact ir soeaking. I feel this store gives priority to drive through and home delivery companies over their customers who eat in. The store was dirty, tables were not cleared, bins were full, chips in thd floir and ketchup on thd walls. The toilets were horrid, only one had toilet paper the sinks were grubby and the countertop covered in liquid soap.

All they care about in the drive through is their timings. Almost every time I use the drive through, they make me wait in a bay for my food to be brought out. I've been the only person in the drive through and they still ask you to move somewhere and wait. Wait time can be between 5 and 20minutes after you have paid.

Busy McDonald's with a drive thru. Service can be hit and miss here, sometimes the food is served quickly but usually there's a long wait for what is meant to be fast food! I guess this is because they're handling a drive through and delivery orders as well as eat in. The restaurant itself is bright and clean. Prices remain fairly reasonable compared to other chains.

Unbelievably slow, I know they have lots of orders what with the drive through, deliveroo/just eat orders etc but it just seems chaotic. When you do get your food it literally has been slapped together, no care taken and ingredients missing. Have had items missing from order when going through drive through and getting home to realise you haven't got something. If you go in to order, big ques with lots of angry frustrated customers.

Not very impressed at all with this McDonald's. Whenever I visit always have to wait ages for my order, the self service machines receipt never work so don't get your order number at times, they never have a till open for customers who want to pay cash as most places seem scared of cash these days! Staff seem more focused on the drive thru and restaurant customers have to wait ages, rude managers being rude to the staff standing there barking orders at them. I recently visited to purchase my dinner one evening, as usual no till open so had to use the self service machine as they expect you to use it, put my order through and as usual receipt fails so didn't even get a chance to find my order number, luckily a member of staff was walking past who was able to assist unlike previous visits! Rude standing in the staff area shouting order's at the staff and being rude to the just eat drivers! When I finally got my order and got home the burger I ordered was missing the beef patty! Was not impressed at all and have reported it to your UK head office. Tonbridge McDonald's has definitely gone downhill over the past few years and just getting worse, start opening up a cash till, priorities both drive thru and restaurant customers and ensure staff are getting orders correct. I'd rather drive 10 mins up the road to Tunbridge Wells North Farm or Sevenoaks never have issues there and they have a till open as well!

Very poor service at Tonbridge Branch. I was given somebody else’s meal. When I returned the meal to the branch I was told I was not entitled to a refund. What surprised me the most was when my receipt was destroyed by the manager after it was found not to match my card details. I am seriously thinking of going else where now for my rake away meals.

Staff were friendly enough. Food was good. Music was too loud. Spent ages looking at the happy meal toys on display, then was given a completely different one which had already been and gone. Disappointed children!

Second or third time in a row now , missing items in my order. McDonald's website chat asks for me to upload my receipt , which I do, then says it isn't a McDonald's receipt, which it is as it is from McDonald's. Out of pocket and hungry due to my missing food. Not good enough. This branch is very poorly managed. Always long queues and waits and several times in a row items missing from my order. Still haven't got my money back. Poor from a big company like mcdonalds.
