Amazing service! :)) It's the first time I've done a public review and I'm so happy to say that it's the best salon I've discovered in the last few years. clean, organized and 100% helpful and professional staff. I arrived late and close to closing, even so they attended me respectfully! I feel happy and grateful for the perfection of the nails, the cleaning of the pedicure and all the comfort. 1000 note!!!Thanh, Cam, Na attended me with all the love in the world even if they are married all day! And the best, with the quality of the customer first! congratulations team i will always come back. in addition to nails, she also makes eyebrows❤

Came here without and appointment and with an idea on the top if my head. I had absolutely loved everything about this place. Welcoming and friendly staff and the lady that did my nails did an amazing job!!! Shes an artist! For next time will definitely plan it better, so worth it ❤️

Excellent and high quality shellac manicure. Wide range of colour available. Daniela is amazing - very professional, friendly, attentive to detail and patient :) Could not recommend this place more for manicure.

Moldy dirty equipment out in the waxing room. When I asked the waxing lady to put on clean gloves, she then refused to wear gloves at all. Very unprofessional waxing service. This definitely violates health code. Blowing on the wax with her mouth to cool it, and double dipping the wax stick was a red flag as well. Avoid!I went because of the high rating which was very misleading. Perhaps the ratings reflect their other services?Don not get a wax here!

Friendly staff and prompt service. First time coming here and they were very accomodating. I was very happy with my manicure, they did my nails exactly like the picture I showed.

Terrible experience! The woman who was doing my manicure cut me to blood and didn'teven bother to put anticeptic untill i asked her to do it. The tools are blunt. I asked for another person to do it, but they seemed quite surprised with my request and asked to come back 2 hours later. I left. TBH the hand that she didn't touch looks much better

I did my nails for my first time a couple of days ago with Josephine and I loved the service.She was fast an precise and it was lovely speaking with her while she was making my nails.I will definitely go again and use this service.

I am so disappointed with my experience with this beauty salon and based on the reviews they get I was expecting way more than the poorest customer service.I came in, I asked at the reception for shellac and new set and I showed her the nail art I wanted to and she said that was okay! I came back in about 30 min for the appointment and when the blonde lady started to do my nails I started to feel very uncomfortable because she was SO ROUGH with my nails and cuticles!! She was so rough with the nail file drill on my nails that I felt my skin under the nails BURNING, also on my cuticles that the were like bleeding!Plus, once I showed the picture of what I wanted to the blonde lady who was doing my nails, she said that the style was too new and she needed to learn, which IT’S FINE. But why do not tell me since the beginning? I showed the pic to the receptionist and she said they could do it… Anyway, nails that she did for me were so THICK and they did not respect at all the almond shape. Today when (of course) I went to another beauty salon nearby they LAUGHED at her poor quality job.Please see the pic below with the scubs on my cuticles (I took it his pic after a week she did the nails) and the horrible shape she manage to do…
