I had an operation to restore my hearing, afterwards I had a high build up of wax. I was very pleased with the advice and the care given when removing it. Would highly recommend this service

My husband and I attended on Sunday to have ear wax removed. The whole experience was very pleasant. Mahdiyya was absolutely lovely and so kind. She was able to help my husband with his congestion as well. We both highly recommend them. We will be returning.Thankyou.

I needed an urgent ear wax treatment at a weekend, and most clinics are closed or not taking bookings. I called Dizzy Ears and Mahdiyya made time to see me without delay, even though it was right at the end of her day. She treated me with great skill and gentleness, and completely resolved my blockage, for a very reasonable charge. 100% recommendation on all fronts. Thankyou Mahdiyya.

Had a blocked ear and found dizzy ears online and glad I did. I got an appointment on the same day I rang them. Mahdiyya the audiologist is professional and very friendly and soon had my ear sorted out.

I rarely write reviews, but i have to this time. Went there with blocked ears. Dr. Billy (or Billie) was awesome. Explained everythin what Im gonna go through, what I might feel durin wax removal. Came out happy. PS suggest you to do some treatment before u come, like use some olive oil to soften you wax, it will be much faster. However, it was not painful. Yes, it took around 30 min in total, with all the explanations and procedure. Thanks Doc ;)

Appointments were running late but once I got in the lady was extremely friendly and knowledgable. Didn’t have to go through with procedure as there wasn’t an excess of wax but she then gave me advice to help with the pain which I have no acted upon. Hopefully it will help the pressure and pain in my ears. Everywhere was very clean and airy and although the room was small it didn’t feel cramped. The price is also quite steep for just looking in your ears without a procedure.

Fantastic Service given for my appointment.Very clean location and a prompt professional service was given.Sorted my ear wax in one sitting using the latest equipment and was virtually pain full.Competitively priced and will definitely use again and recommend to anyone with ear problems.5 STARS GIVEN

Mahdiyya Was outstanding. She gave 5 star customer service and fitted me in within a few hours of calling up the clinic. I can’t thank her enough for unblocking my ear And was extremely happy customer.

The treatment I received was perfect. Mahdiyya was fantastic, she was very understanding of coughing when it came to touching my ear but gave me enough time to get over it. Her advice was fantastic and I will definitely recommend her for anyone that has any issues with their ears, infact I have already passed the info on to two people!
