Shrewsbury Park and Ride
The entrance was closed and I couldn't find the alternative entrance so I parked in town instead.

Called here on Wednesday 27th August in our motorhome but they have a barrier with a sign saying wait for nex bus driver?When next bus arrived the driver said just park on raised pavement area...which isn't in the designated parking area. But as our 25 foot motorhome is very low this wasn't possible without scraping exhaust etc. We tried another park and ride" close by and we were faced with exactly the same issues. Very disappointed Shrewsbury isn't motorhome friendly unlike many cities that cater for their needs. If you have a motorhome forget visiting Shrewsbury it's a nightmare."

2 M Height restriction for main carpark but they allow motorhomes to park on the pavement area near the bus stop. £2 return/person to use the bus into town.

Toilets would be a good addition but other than that fine , it's a massive car park but it doesn't seem like many people use the service

Shrewsbury Park and Ride
A lot of residential buildings are being built right beside the Park and Ride at Meole Brace. It's a shame as beforehand I could pop over to the retail park after going into Shrewsbury town. Now you need to drive away from the retail park because of the dual carriageway, go around the busy roundabout at Bayston Hill and return back towards the way you've just driven away from.

Well posted to the car park, will be better when the new housing estate has been build on the way to the car park, roadworks with traffic lights

Buses run regular, service is excellent. Gr8 price for parking & getting into town
