John was recommended to me by my rugby coach when I tore my ACL and I wouldn’t have been able to do the rehabilitation process without him. He helped me over an 18 month period become stronger and faster than I was before my injury. John is very approachable, and made each session enjoyable, whilst still delivering the appropriate rehabilitation expertise.Would definitely recommend for any physio required!

John was my physio for 7 months last year. He was able to help fix me from being on crutches to fighting fit, for which I am very grateful.

John is a brilliant physio! He combines excellent knowledge with a good bedside manner and takes a real interest in the outcome for his patients. He has helped me and my two sporting teenage daughters to get back to the activities that we want to.

He gave me a very clear rehabilitation plan, followed up with strengthening exercises to avoid problems going forward. He’s very knowledgeable and I highly recommend his services.

John is a really great physio and took me through my acl recovery post surgery up to returning to sport level. He really understood the ability and standard that I needed to achieve to get back to being a ski instructor. He put together a personal detailed programme for me to follow between physio sessions which is super helpful. As well as treating other pains I had along the way such as my back.
