Moved into our new property through martin and co in August. Since then, we’ve had nothing but issues with the current property and they don’t seem to care. Had to constantly chase them about ongoing damp which still hasn't been resolved. The property was filthy when we moved in, no clean done between tenants, no maintenance of white goods as washing machine had mould growing throughout. Windows were painted shut. All of the issues i have raised have been ignored by both martin and co and the landlord. Called today about an emergency leak through the ceiling into our dining room. Told they are closing in a couple of minutes and will get someone out tomorrow. They have been no help at any stage since moving in, typical letting agency taking a fee from the landlord but not actually managing anything other than your rent.

Martins have been fantastic all the way through the process of finding tenants for my property. I chose Martins because all my initial interactions with them were warm and friendly as well as professional and that was exactly the positive experience I wanted my tenants to have too. Every step of the way the Martin's team have been just what I hoped: friendly, highly competent and effective at getting things moving when external factors were holding things up! As this is my first time renting out my house so I have had lots of questions which Jo and the team have been fantastic about answering. All in all, a five star service from a five star team.
