Cameron and Paul are amazing! Cam came out within 20 minutes, was very helpful, took extra time to find out what size keys we would need to have made, took the lock apart to check everything. He was so kind, especially at such a late hour, and made me feel very safe as a woman that lives alone. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Fantastic service from Cameron who changed the gearbox on my front door and also adjusted two other doors for me. All three doors now work perfectly, no more struggling with the handles! He arrived at the arranged time, was really professional and did a brilliant job. I would absolutely recommend Fidelis Security, 5 Stars!

I needed to get a chip fitted and programmed in the replacement immobiliser key that I got. I took my car in and they sorted the problem out very quickly at a fair and reasonable price. I was recommended to go there by a friend and I can definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a key or lock problem resolved.

Started using them during lockdown as they were actually open when I needed more keys for a new premises, been using them since. They now provide the CCTV monitoring and handle alarm call outs too. Always friendly and helpful.

I lost/had my car keys stolen a few months ago and have been delaying what to do about it for a while, but finally got a second key fob (for my RR Evoque) programmed today by Fidelis in Guildford. Service was excellent, professional and quality reassurance and they were so helpful. They even cut me an extra key for the inside of the fob for my existing spare (which cost a fraction of the price Land Rover were charging!) Thank you!Would highly recommend!

The 1st locksmith i was about to employ charged £90 call out then additional hourly rate plus parts. Thankfully i contacted Fidelis who asked for more details and a photo of the job. The locksmith then called me back and recommended i get the part online. I did this and it cost me £7. Rare integrity and honesty - Truly grateful.
