Motorhome Rent UK

We went away last weekend in a rented motorhome for the first time ever. We had a fantastic weekend and I cannot praise Motor Home Rent UK of Preston highly enough. Katie was so helpful and we were delighted with the price and quality of our rented motorhome. We will be renting again in the summer and Katie will be organising everything for us. Five stars and well deserved. Thank you.

Great service throughout

The customer service at Prestoncm was fantastic. Katie was polite and helpful showing us how everything on the motorhome worked so we left the site feeling confident on our first motorhome venture.We stayed at an adults only site just outside of Conwy which was very well maintained and has fantastic views across the bay. The only problem was that the site is close to the A55 so there is always some traffic noise.The motorhome was fantastic, clean, spacious and well maintained. We really enjoyed our break and would use Prestoncm again.

This is the second time we have hired a motorhome from here over the summer, I would 100% recommend Motorhome Rent UK, Katie was really helpful from choosing which motorhome suited our needs and answering any questions we had. The price was good, extremely well maintained and clean on collection. The motorhome was very well equipped, a very thorough handover explaining how to use everything as we are completely new to this, will definately use them again when we next need to hire one, thanks for all your help.

First time hiring for the week as a prelude to purchasing one. At over £1k for the week the Van was presented in less than acceptable condition, fuel not full, unusable awning, mould and spillages in fridge/ freezer, dirty TV and remote, broken USB points, tv Arial and cab radio. Appalling utensil provision, 1 pan, chipped and stained mugs, rusty can opener and 1 knife all in a grubby plastic container. Hired the picnic set to allow us to eat out, 2 chairs and a coffee table a picnic set does not make! Still awaiting response to these issues, a small refund has been made for fuel. I have waited a month before posting this review to give time for an adequate response. We have bought a motorhome but not from this company! Hired early july still no response to our follow up e mail as of Sept. Appalling customer service.

Rented a motor-home with my brother earlier this month to travel to Cornwall for the weekend - what can I say great service, great motor-home for a competitive price, will be coming back!

I have used several motorhome hire companies in the past and can honestly say that Motorhome Rent U.K. are without a shadow of a doubt the best I have come across. The full service was flawless, with a great choice of motorhomes to choose from. I would personally like to thank Katie for making this experience for my family and I such a memorable one. We will definitely be back again soon.

Nice shop on site got everything you will need. Priced same as eBay and less for equipment and parts you need.
