Touchwood Pharmacy - Northampton

My partner and myself went for flu jabs yesterday, I emailed in the morning to ask about an appointment for myself and received a reply right away offering me one at 3pm which I booked. My partner had a 'walk in' jab at about 4:30. The service was second to none, the staff friendly and helpful, the pharmacist was professional and efficient and also a person that can make you feel relaxed. I asked him a couple of questions that I thought might have been silly, he took the time to answer them giving me the impression that there was no such thing as a silly question, which reassured me. I have used This chemist shop a couple of times for over the counter purchases and I would like to say it is a fantastic gem in our area.Many thanksJim

Unprofessional and very rude when challenged for being unprofessional

Professional , friendly staff. Offers a great range of services.

My wife and I went to have our Covid jabs. We have never used the pharmacy before and we found all three members of staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The explanation given by a male member of staff about side effects of the jab was clear clearly explained. We were then given the opportunity to ask questions.THANKS TO ALL

Staff keep parking on Orchard Street, leaving residents nowhere to park, completely inconsiderate, and have no respect!
