After a gruelling 2 weeks dealing with various unhelpful agents in my hunt for a rental property I was lucky enough to contact WHB. In particular Lois who from initial contact through to successfully securing a new home was a pleasure to deal with. Her professionalism, guidance, knowledge and empathy was so appreciated I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I’ve recently rented a property through William H Brown in Sudbury, and the service I’ve received has been flawless. I’ve mostly worked with Lois - who I’ve found to be very professional, friendly and kind. The circumstances of my move were quite delicate, and Lois did everything possible to ensure I was matched with a property asap. She answered all of my questions quickly, and went above and beyond to help me. I also briefly worked with Elliot towards the end of my journey, as Lois kindly organised this as knew she would be on annual leave during the days leading up to my move. Elliot was also very friendly and professional. When going in-branch, everyone is welcoming and chatty, it’s a lovely, warm environment. From my experience, everyone at William H Brown Sudbury are always polite, professional and always willing to answer questions and work towards a common goal.I’ve recently let a property through William H Brown and the process was made very easy, much more easier than previous times and this was down to Lois.Lois is very efficient and brings attention to detail making the whole process seamless. We just purchased our new house through William H Brown. I must say the whole experience was just brilliant. Chloe Thomas was great and took us round so many houses. Lois Foster was very helpful and I would highly recommend her. The first place wasn't to our taste but she quickly found the perfect place and all communication was clear and brief (not loads of waffle which can get very annoying). I would highly recommend the establishment but more specifically Lois if you are looking for somewhere to rent. Definitely get your name on her books even if they don't currently have anything you like as it was not long before she found us the right place.
