booked our Cruise with Hays travel Kirkby brilliant service the staff are so polite and helpful a big thank you to Kelly for sitting with us while we chose what cruise suited us nothing was to much and without the correct tools to do it either ie Phone using her own mobile to book it thank you so much Kelly you should get 5 stars will be using Hays again...

I came to Hays Travel earlier on today with my grandmother to exchange some money into dollars in store as she had rang up and confirmed a price over the phone. When arriving in the store we asked if anyone was on the money counter and was greeted with an abrupt response of “go over and wait an someone will be there” after shrugging off the comment we went over to the counter and got greeted by a really rude staff member who continued to use a abrupt and raised voice at my grandmother when she was using her bank card and informed her that price was wrong and charged her an extra £10 than the price agreed upon the phone. Overall, the experience has put me off booking any sort of holiday with the firm as the lack of customer service is outstanding.

First holiday in 20 years and Heys travel did not disappoint. I was so unsure of where to go and where to stay but Megan was so patient and helpful. I have just come back from the most amazing holiday. It was everything i expected and more. Whilst on holiday i needed new boarding passes due to a terminal change. I e mailed and within 15 minutes i had my new boarding passes with no issues. Great company. I will definitely be back.

I've booked quite a few holidays over the years from this shop here in Kirkby. It's changed names a few times and now it's Hays Travel of course - previously Thomas Cook but the girls here have remained the same professional team who are brilliant at what they do!I was in here recently 29th Sept to book a surprise birthday holiday for my partner for October next year 2022.We haven't been away since Sept 2019 and worked throughout all this Covid madness plus it's a big birthday for my partner next year and I wanted to book this as a surprise!I was advised by Paula who was super knowledgable - super professional and super helpful and just top notch at her job.She took me through quite a few options on screen (I'm that old I remember when the travel agent would sit with you and flick through brochures!) and knowing she was very well travelled I asked her where would you go back to?"Jamaica!Okay

Fantastic place to go and see about breaks away and the staff are lovely and friendly and helpful too.

Went in for some travel money, there was nobody behind the counter. i was told to come back in an abrupt manner. I went somewhere else and won't be back
