We ordered carpet with fitting, the time for that to be done was in the morning but yet we needed to wait till afternoon even we called to ask them and they didn't know to tell the time window. In the price for carpet and fitting was also charged 2 adhesive sprays for £40 from wich barely one half was used and the smell after that is awful and even after week we still can't ride off. It's good that we have done only living room with that smell I should go somewhere else temporary because I'm pregnant and that is not good for our health. I wouldn't recommend. AVOID.

We were spoken to by Paul & Colin! Both were really really helpful & really attentive & listened to what we wanted. Unparalleled customer service, very knowledgeable about their work & gave wonderful recommendations. Buying a carpet isn’t the easiest thing for us, and they made the process very easy, and comfortable. We really appreciate them both & we hope they know how much they helped :)

Worst decision EVER made going to this store and buying flooring, do yourself a favour avoid at all costs, disgusting customer service and blame lays everywhere apart from themselves.If you have any queries or faults they are never answered or dealt with by anyone.Thr buck is definitely passed about with them rather than deal with a customer.How this store remains open I'll never know.

I truly feel bad for the owners of this Carpet right. Business partner and I were both absolutely shocked at the attitude and sarcasm we received from the employee. Turns out to be the manager. I calmly explained to the gentleman that there is no need for sarcasm, he replied, in a threatening manner, “that’s not sarcasm sir, you will know when I start to be sarcastic”. Carpet Right, your are a reputable company and I urge you to investigate.

Mike gave an outstanding service! He’s a real credit to carpet right. Helpful, friendly and made everything from measurements to payment very easy. Colin came round for a home visit to measure first and he was was very efficient and professional. Would recommend carpet right and these guys at carpet right any day. Thank you.

An absolute brilliant service by Michael. We can't recommend him enough. He went above and beyond to help us. We had an entire flat to get flooring for all in one go and didn't really have much of an idea. Mike made us feel relaxed and confident in our decision. He helped us with different shades of colours for carpet, helped with our laminate choices and helped with the cost.We even had to phone back and change one of the measurements and he was super helpful and changed it for us with ease.

Had a great experience with Collin coming out to survey my property and to do measurements. Really helpful guy put my mind at rest made me feel extremely comfortable and well looked after 10 out of 10 for service. Paul, the sales advisor that I spoke to you in the office was extremely helpful to feel very comfortable. With place in my business with them.
