I was browsing and happened to come across sunnamusk. Amazing fragrances came from here which drew me in! Unfortunately the customer service was really disappointing as the sales assistant made me feel like a pauper trying to buy something way out of my league!!! I felt horrible, I just took a sample on a small card thingy and ran off! If I had her name I would have posted it on here. Apart from that, seems like a nice little shop. The sample I took away smelled amazing and it lasted ages. I would go back to purchase (but not from that assistant lol).

Went here today to get some stuff for my auntie birthday and the customer service was off the charts!!! had a nice chat with ana and she was just perfect! this is my second time coming with her and i always leave happier and happier. she’s one of the best salespersons i’ve ever met

Amazing service from the lovely Anna. She’s always welcoming, very helpful and caters to the needs of her customers. She went through a couple of scents with me and we managed to pick one. I’ve purchased fragrances from here countless times! Will most certainly be coming back

A huge shout out to Anna, I have been shopping two gift boxes two days ago and she was amazingly patient, polite and professional! The advices were amazing, the recommendations and the way she convinced us to purchase the gift sets it was irresistible. She knows what she’s doing and I am not a person that usually writes reviews but this time I couldn’t resist!Once again, thank you Anna! I will be back to you!

I had got served by Anna she was a lovely lady and had helped me pick out a fragrance by giving out testers to smell and explaining the type of scents. She has delivered amazing customer service and I had left very happy.
