Terrible service, DO NOT USE THESE COVID BANDITS. We booked a fit to fly and day 2 home test kits, this cost us £300 up front through the associated thieves 247 travel tests. We complied with instructions and posted our swabs in the same post box at the same time. My partners results never arrived but mine did, we had to pay for another test at the airport so we could fly. They did not reply to a single e mail we sent and their help line goes through to an answer phone every time. They take your money and never respond to issues. THEY ARE THIEVES.

20/30 Labs were exceptional in getting my pre-travel Covid tests processed on time and, going way beyond their remit, chased up the distribution company who had been very late in issuing certificates. With the clock ticking down their actions saved me in excess of £1200 in uninsurable losses. Top marks and many thanks for your extraordinary service.

Following a let down from another supplier, we called 20/30 to see if they could help. Their staff are amazing, but a particularly huge thanks to Chad for really going above and beyond. We used your “service “ to get a fit to fly certificate , in time for our honeymoon , swabs done posted to arrive the next day , giving us 48 hours to obtain the result . We didn’t get our result in time for our flight this morning and so we were not allowed to board the plane , we are now at home 10 hours after our flight left and still no result . We have tried calling , e mailing , messenger and no communication whatsoever . Don’t use them , they just want your money

Since 20/30 Labs does not offer direct sales of package, I bought the Day 2 and Day 8 package from Heath Hub.I received my package on Day 1, took my Day 2 test on Day 2 and mailed it on the same day. On Day 3, I received an email from Health Hub confirming that the lab has received my sample. On Day 4, I received my result. For my Day 8 test, I took it on Day 8 and mailed it on the same day. On Day 9 afternoon, I received an email from Health Hub confirming that the lab has received my sample. In the evening of Day 9, I received my result.The process was easy and quick.

I would highly recommend 20/30 labs for anyone that needs Day 2/8 tests done for travel. The delivery of both my tests, along with my results, were both incredibly timely. The whole team was also very responsive and helpful in responding to any queries that I had about the process or the tests.

I would highly recommend 20/30 labs for anyone needing PCR test. From the first point of contact Chad has been so helpful. Test were arrived the day after ordering them and communication in between was excellent. Although the test were not needed due to our holiday being cancelled I was able to send them back and receive a refund.

We booked 2/8 day tests, kits were waiting for us on arrival at quarantine address and results delivered within 24 hours of lab receipt. 8 day test posted Friday, Royal Mail tracker showed received by Lab Saturday morning and results to us by email Saturday afternoon- fantastic ! Thank you so much!
