An excellent explanation on how the cheese is made as well as the history and character of both Gloucester cheeses. Very friendly family run farm and beautiful cheese. Should be on everyone's list of places to visit.

Brilliant little artisan cheese makers! The owner was happy to show us around the whole cheese making process and give us a really interesting history of Gloucester cheeses. Really happy to buy some gorgeous cheese at the end but didn't feel at all pressured to! So accommodating as we literally just turned up unplanned! Wonderful place, I wish them all the luck!
