if i could mark 0 stars i would. purchased a sofa saturday to find out its actually broken. after speaking to the shop they advised they do not offer refunds of exchanges and i should of noticed this before i paid. the sofa is broke from underneath inside- i would not of noticed this when visually inspecting at the shop. disgusting customer service

Great quick service. Bought a new bed base and it was delivered 90 mins later. They quickly assembled the base and helped me take out the old one. Really happy with it.

I can't speak highly enough of Richard Sperron.Sold me a cooker that didn't meet the required standard.He fully reimbursed me and for my fuel.I will use him again and tell every landlord to use Upper Dale Domestics..Richard is ethical and his moral compass points in the right direction..

Selling very low quality products. It may not even survive couple of months. No prices being displayed and whatever comes in his mind is the price.The appliances were too dirty and stinking and started giving me troubles just after a month. I should have left the place without buying anything as he was no paying attention to customers even when no one else in the shop
