I would definitely recommend Amy. Both my daughter and I have visited her with great results after identifying and removing food intolerances. Amy is very informative and has a lovely manner that puts you at ease. Well worth a visit if you have any issues with your diet and much quicker than food elimination diet!

What results! Have been experiencing severe bloating and migraines for years, and despite having kept a food diary, could never figure out what was causing it. I visited Amy over a year ago. I had been suffering from nasal congestion, catarrh and sore throats which had escalated to being almost ever present before my visit. The testing Amy did identified over a dozen items which did not agree with me including yeast, dairy items, fruits, fragrances and certain alcoholic drinks etc. By being disciplined in chancing my diet/ deodorants/ shower gels used etc. the symptoms receded completely resulting in a huge improvement in my health and well being. I revisited after 1 year and was delighted that the break I had taken from the listed items meant that I could slowly start to reintroduce almost all of these items into my diet again if desired. Amy was great at explaining everything to me. I highly recommend this service.

I visited Amy a few months back for ezcema and severe bloating. After carrying out the testing she identified my food intolerances and suggested I introduce a probiotic. After a week my bloating improved and my skin become less itchy. I continue see improvements. Amy was professional and very informative
