I ate here with a friend last week for the first time due to having read the reviews. We were not disappointed. The service was welcoming and friendly the food was delicious and the atmosphere was just right. The entire restaurant was packed but we were served efficiently yet not rushed. The food was excellent with generous portions and we could not fault a single thing. To achieve service, standard and amazing food is not always easy to find but this unassuming place has it all.Keep up the great work. We will definitely return.

Honestly the most authentic Italian restaurant you’ll find in this country. Food is incredible. I’ll be thinking about how succulent the ribs were till my next visit. The specials menu lobster was an absolute delight. Sea food is so fresh and you can tell each dish is freshly made for order. The staff are completely on it. Worth every penny. We will be back!

Always a pleasure to visit for some well needed Italian grub.Staff are always friendly when waiting.Food is consistently delicious.Do not shy away if it looks 'busy' downstairs as they do have an upper floor to cater for more hungry guests.

Restaurante clásico italiano con bastante calidad en casi toda la comida.Calidad-precio bien.Buena carta de vinos aunque faltaban más variedad de vinos españoles (había solo uno y tenemos 6.000 marcas).Atención profesional y atenta de todo el personal.Conviene reservar con anticipación.Posee salón interior en dos plantas.Existe parking muy próximo con acceso para sillas de ruedas.

Booked a table online with ease through the website. Got a confirmation later on with a time that fit for us.Both me and my Wife had an absolutely amazing time.Food was exceptional, staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend anyone to go and enjoy.Will definitely be going back again.

We travelled from Newcastle to visit a friend in Selby and this restaurant came highly recommended. We were advised to book a few days in advance, and we can see why.The place was incredibly busy, yet the staff remained professional and were great hosts.We initially sat at a table near the stairs on the first floor. However, when a window table became available, the staff kindly asked if we would like to move to somewhere a little more special (the champagne may have been a giveaway that we were celebrating).We had butterfly prawns for starters along with a mozzarella dish, supported by a garlic bread. All of which were superb. For main course we had a fillet Rossini and cannelloni. Again, both were utterly superb.All in all, a great night with great food. We shall definitely return when we come back to Selby.Special mention to the young waiter, who went that extra mile to make the experience what it was. For someone so young, his confident, yet friendly and professional approach were a credit to him.

Sapori is the most incredible Italian I have ever been to IN MY LIFE! The food is simply incredible. Authentic Italian cuisine cooked to perfection. The staff are so friendly, kind and helpful. The service is great and fast- no long waits for your food. There is always a great atmosphere and plenty of tables at Sapori. This is your sign, if you are reading this, go to Sapori. You won't regret it

Food was decent - my steak was overdone and dry. Staff never checked on our food and if we were happy. Very busy and popular place. Would try going again to see if it was just a one off.

This restaurant deserve 6 STARS!My favourite place to eat out in Selby!!Food is always 100% delicious and amazing staff makes each visit a great experience!Fabulous!
