I have dealt with them, slow on replying, refuse to help me, Company's director Rasia without understanding the problem, she decides decision without helping, poor service. I have never been aggressive or violent towards them. I have given them all the documents and without investigation they have concluded and decided not to help me, the only person I spoke to Steven manager great person and helper. I would love to move my comments unless I get a apgoise letter from the director Raisa zulfiqur. I thought raising my concern with her would help me but went against me. I want no one to face the experience that I felt. 5 star Steven the manager
