Balfe's Bikes Reigate

Bought a brand new bike and stupidly installed the pedals the wrong way and stripped the crank. Made a phone call to Balfe Reigate who told me to pop down and they would sort it out!They sorted the issue very quickly and did a quick check over the bike and identified some problems. They sorted it there and then. Very happy with the service I received and look forward when I need to go back.Staff were very kind and helpful, highly recommend!

I took my bike in for repair and it was tricky to work out exactly what was wrong but Richard and Andy were absolutely fantastic. Thorough, informative and the communication back to me and managing of expectations from them was first class. After collecting the bike it seemed to be resolved but not long after the same problem reoccurred. They took the bike back in and carried out extensive further investigations, without charging me and managed to eventually improve the problem.My bike is 6 years old and has done a lot of miles so I eventually decided to buy a new bike and had no hesitation in using Balfe’s Reigate….purely based on the service I had received from Andy and Richard and the relationship I had built with them both…top guys. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Great service from Carl sorting out the horribly creaking bottom bracket on my Look bike. Not a squeak on the 200km test ride this week, and wonderful that I no longer have to apologise to pedestrians, horse riders and fellow cyclists for the noise it's making. Had issues with my sons BMX brakes & needed a non-standard cable. Looked everywhere with no luck. Went to Balfes in Reigate, told the guys what I needed & they had the right cable! Wish i had of gone there to begin with. Carl, Tom & Dave were really helpful & i'm not going anywhere else from now on. 10/10 for customer services. Thanks Guys!

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Latest occasion was for a check that my gears hadn’t been damaged by apiece of plastic getting stuck in the from mechanism. Done carefully and free of charge. Thank you

My ebike battery problems were solved yesterday by Carl at the Reigate store, and the bike is working perfectly again. I am highly impressed with the level of service I received. Thank you so much Carl!

Grest service from both Carl and Jack today. Very friendly and approachable. Sorted my child's bike out so it was safe to use and because they weren't busy were able to carry out the work there and then. Great bike shop and will definitely be back for any future bike work or purchases.

A recent visit to Balfe's Reigate with my ebike has confirmed their excellent service.I had anticipated leaving the bike there, but it turned out my diagnosis was wrong. Carl fixed the head bearing quickly, then adjusted the rear wheel bearing in no time.Just excellent .

Was cycling from London to Brighton when 30km in I had chain issues and luckily was close to Balfe’s who were so nice and helpful and fixed my bike right away. Would highly recommend them
