So we got a two quotes for replacement of very old sash windows. Nad came over to measure up and advise. The quote was much reasonable then that from the other company which quoted based on what they could see on Google map as they did not want to actually come out to the flat.We received deposit protection which was arranged through the Consumer Protection Association and installation went ahead as planned. Job was completed within the four days that they had scheduledWe had certain issue with a hinge on one window and the handle. This was both fixed either during installation or a return visit after completionThe team of two men, Fernando and Martin, were ASK employees and very courteous.We received the 10year Guarantee from the company as well as the Insurance Backed Guarantee through CPAWe heard about Ask windows from a close neighbour who had a conservatory installed. I would recommend the Company myself.

The most incredible service. Went above and beyond when installing our windows and doors. Clean, quick, tidy and neat! I have a very sharp eye for perfection and they were just utterly fantastic. I would 200% recommend anyone needs new windows to use this company. Cheapest quote we received compared to other companies and I do not regret one bit using this company! I promise you will not regret using them.

They have provided a great service. Even when faced with challenges during installation a solution was quickly found and executed to get the job done. The installation team were respectful of my property and very professional. Their attention to detail is what you need. I would definitely recommend them. A job well done!

We bought our beautiful front door from this company and we are very pleased with the service we have received. The customer service was excellent and they were very organised and punctual. The installer was very professional and knowledgeable. The opening of the door was not straight (done by our incompetent builder), and the installer took his time to sand the bricks. He straightened our wall before installing the door, something that was not his job!!Our builders scratched the door and again Ask Windows was there to fix it. As soon as we informed them, they came over and fixed it eve though the damage was done by someone else. Natt sounded like a good person. Walking into his office you will see all the fantasy world of fullfilling your dreams and making him as if your best friend ever. His slogan of walking away as a friend" is very attractive.Sadly we fell into the trap. After paying over 20k for a replacement of 14 windows for our whole house

We had three widows replaced this week and the service that Ask Windows Ltd have provided us with has been excellent.The new windows were very good quality with excellent security features as well as great thermal values. They also came with an Insurance backed guarantee.The staff have been so helpful, polite and very reliable. Price was competitive too. Payments were made in stages with a final payment made after fitting was completed. This we were happy with.I have to mention the fitters. They were extremely skilled (I can be fussy) but they left me with no decorating to carry out. This I was surprised about as I had expected some disruption to the existing rendered walls and plasterwork but there was none. They were clean and tidy and very polite and respectful.I would recommend that you consider trying this company for any double glazing or front door replacements.

Highly recommend this company. Excellent service and great quality product. Fitters were very hard-working and professional and the finish is immaculate with no repair work needed at all. The windows really are of a superior quality and look fantastic. Nad is a lovely man and we are really happy with our windows.
