Quick service with quality nose pads.Struggled to find nose pads (push in) for my Tom Ford glasses. Dunrose optical sorted it within 5 minutes.

Very quick service and excellently fixed what was quite a hard repair (hinge bracket had a clean break) on an expensive pair of frames. Customer service was also bang on.

Accidentally dropped and then stepped on my glasses , breaking an arm off them. Called a few places but unless I bought glasses from them, they were unwilling to replace the arms.Emailed Dunrose and then called as I needed the glasses repaired quickly as they were the only set in my current prescription. They promptly checked with the technician and confirmed I could get new arms for £25, which definitely beats the cost of a new pair of frames.Drove out to them and within 30 minutes, the new arms were fitted and I could see clearly again.Really impressed with the service and the quality of the arms they installed.

Dunrose Optical refurbished and reglazed my favourite frames, that I'd written-off as worn out years ago. The result is that I can see well again with the glasses, which look like new now and service was provided at a reasonable price.

My wife had attempted to repair her expensive frames with super glue and it had got onto one of the lenses. They had to be sent away to be laser welded. Both the weld and the removal of the glue were done to the highest standard.and for a very modest price. A very professional service and would highly recommend them.
